Composition of the villa

A large main living room of +/- 50 m² with sitting area and a large flat TV screen with satellite decoder (satellite dish), dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with saddler.
Two bedrooms of 10 m², with a double bed (140cm), closet and wardrobe/dressing.
A bedroom of 10 m², with a double bed (140cm), wardrobe and desk.
A 10 m² bedroom with a double bed (140cm), with a private adjoining shower room including a shower, cupboard and washbasin, toilet and electric radiator/towel dryer.
A shower room including a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture with a washbasin, and an electric radiator/towel dryer.
A separate toilet.
Various equipment: Two folding baby beds, a baby chair, a bath and a baby-changing mattress are available. Electric heating in all rooms. A portable air conditioner is available.

A large covered rear terrace, with tables and chairs included, facing south. Another covered terrace with pizza oven and gas plancha grill.
At the entrance, a secure gate with remote controls with a parking for 2 or 3 cars.

All the beds have pillows. Each bed has a very comfortable mattress, a mattress protector and a high comfort duvet. Tenants have the following choices: either take their own bed sheets, duvet cover, pillow cover, either use the bed sheets, duvet cover and pillow cover provided by the owners at the price of 15€ /bed/stay. For hygienic reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use the beds without using sheets on the mattresses.
